Faced with this problem, if from the portal click my requests, then there is an endless download and the browser console writes: Uncaught Attribute 'createdDate' does not exist, despite the fact that the field itself in the system is. Did reindexing, did not help. Also reinstalled the service desk module itself, but it did not bring results. Please tell me how to fix this error?

We have similar error with Jira Service Management 4.22.6:
Uncaught Attribute 'updatedDate' does not exist.
Customers cant load page with their tickets. Also did reinstalling/reindexing, nothing helps
Fixed by adding sd.customer.portal.modify.request.columns.disabled variable to dark features.
