Hello,
We have a Service Desk for external clients and would like to create an internal SD visible only for our colleagues, not clients.  Currently, all users can see both the internal support project and the external support project when they go to submit tickets. Is it possible to handle?
How can I give access to our colleagues and ensure clients will not have access to see and submit tickets in internal SD?

Thank you in advance for the advice and reference

Hi @Natalie Skuratovich

Welcome to the community.

To achieve this, create a new JSMP project and change the customer permissions, so that only customers added to the project are able to raise requests.

As an example, if you have a group for all your internal users, add this group and grant this group the Service Desk Customer role.

Also make sure to adjust the permission scheme, to remove the Application Access permission "all-logged-in-users" from the Browse permission is set.
