Hello,

 

I have the same issue as reported in this case, however I was not able to resolve it myself.

Everything in that case has been checked and confirmed.

I have confirmed that there are no post functions, it is only the transition which is updating the Resolution field,

 

I have attached screenshots of everything relevant and referenced in the other request, and have included the Properties on the transition, but am wary of adjusting those without understanding their purpose/function.

 

Setting status to Resolved does update the Resolution field as seen in screenshot 1

Any help would be appreciated!
