I'm wondering if anyone can provide any support with a client who is unable to log in to access a service desk.
No issues have occurred with their access prior to this - the client advised that they're simply unable to proceed with log in. No errors shown, simply: inputting email address > selecting 'Next' results in no change for log in / password input prompt.
Cookies / cache data have been cleared & settings for user are applied as required.
Any ideas as to what the issue here may be?

has the customer attempted to login using a different browser? Assuming so, and assuming that they were able to login fine previously then I would next attempt to open a test ticket on their behalf. Assuming that is successful I would then reach out to Atlassian support directly.
