Service Desk User Licensing

Hi, I have just applied the starter licence and I administer the system. I won't be an agent handling requests all I want to do is get reports for managers yet I am consuming a license as an agent how do I stop this?

admins do not have to consume an agent license but as an admin you might find you need to. Here is a thread that does a good job of explaining I think.

To create repots, you must have the license and be an admin in the project, otherwise you won't be able to do so.
