Hi can anyone advise as to why when loading my service desk board it keeps giving an error and doesn't load the page?
The email addressed used to send emails does not work as well

What do you mean by service desk board? Are you referring to the JSM Portal?
Have you tried using a different browser or tried using incognito mode?

So I have a service project which I use to log calls received. However, my list of open calls are not visible by default. This is now only visible when using a filter of open calls.
I am basically struggling to get the list view back.
I have attempted incognito and different browsers and get the same result
