Service Desk - Mandatory checkbox with Terms and Conditions that links to a outside URL

Hello all,

i'm very new to Jira Service Desk. and want to create a Terms and Conditions check box before submitting a new ticket. Is there anyone who could help. thank you.

Welcome to the Community!

I'd recommend using Forms to do this, where you can create more customisable content than the standard request form

You can also locate forms to give this a go via...

• Go to your JSM Project
• On the left-hand Project menu, select Project Settings
• Select Forms from the refreshed left-hand menu
• Press the blue "Create Form" button to get started!
