Service Desk / How to specify the email reply-to address?

My problem is as in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Desk-questions/how-to-override-reply-to-address-on-the-email-sent-from-jira/qaq-p/990180 :

I have a public email address, support@mycompany.com. This is no actual email account but a group to which the support people belong.

Depending on certain conditions the incoming mail is forwarded to a helper-address@mycompany.com. This is the email address that is polled by the Service Desk project.

I do not want to expose the helper-address@mycompany.com, so I would like to have the sender and reply-to address of outgoing mails to be support@mycompany.com.

Unlike in the issue linked above I cannot set support@mycompany.com because this is no real account.

How can I specifically set the reply-to address?
