Why i am getting Service Collection, Monthly, Standard (USD, Default, 15-10-2025)
3 agents .

If there is one user sufficient then why you are Appling 75$ for three users.

Let me explain and tell me how could i reduce the JSM number of licenses.

check:

Apps → Atlassian apps → Service Collection / Jira Service Management → Manage users

and also check the groups that grant product access.

If only one person needs to work as an agent, you can remove Service Collection/JSM app access from the other two users.

and as info Atlassian now uses Maximum Quantity Billing for monthly subscriptions. Removing two agents during the current billing period does not reduce the amount already billed for that period. First from next.
