Send notification for specific user and form

Is there a way to send notifications based on the form and also send it to the specific user?

Hi,

You can do this in project automation. Go to Project settings - Automation and create a new Rule. Smth like this:

 When: Forms submitted

   Then: Send email

Also, you can map Form fields to Jira fields, so you will have additional options for conditional execution.
