Send hidden request link to customer

Is it possible to send link only to few customers to fill some information for a request (hidden) . I know we can hide portal group and not publish a request type or keep it hidden. But I'm asking if we can share a link to some request type that is hidden but only customers who get the link could fill the request.

no, you cannot restrict Request Types in one portal to only some customers and once a Request type is hidden, it's hidden for all.

You would need to set up a second project and restrict that Portal to Customers only. You can then add a subset of the other project's customers. Customers from both projects will see all Request Types and Customers from one project will only see Request Types from that project.

There are some Marketplace Apps that let you restrict Access to Request Types within one project/portal though.
