Seems like all users from our domain are in your suppression list. Can you please clear all of them?

Under Customer notification logs we found first the error "Error from email provider: 550 no such address here" during a DNS change. After a few hours we received the error "Recipient’s email address is on a suppression list."

Therefore do we assume that our domain landed in your suppression list.

I can see that you created a support case over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-955419 and that someone else from support has cleared the suppression for your domain.
