Hi guys!
Does anyone try to solve a problem with a secondary authentication request in confluence if you trying to open the recommended article in Jira SD search?
Precondition: I have linked Jira SD and Confluence, with permission for customers to read a Space. The space is private (users need to login).
Expectation: no need to authenticate in confluence if you open the recommended article from Jira SD search.

Thank you!

Hi Dmitrii,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
For a customer to see a Confluence page in Confluence and not the customer portal, they need an Atlassian account.
The configuration of your Service Desk is correct, but it only allows a customer to see the article in the portal.
You can find the steps on the article below where it's possible to allow customers to see Confluence without a license:
- How can I make my users and customers see Confluence pages without a license?

Once that changes, the customers will use the same URL as users (xxxxxx.atlassian.net) to log in, so they will be automatically logged in Confluence as well since they are under the same URL.

Regards,
Angélica
