I've got an issue regarding SLA.
All SLA got "paused" without changing any configuration. furthermore i should say automation set before so "time to resolution" got paused at the beginning.
what should I do?

If all SLAs were paused, then they must have the Pause SLA setting in common.
Check the cause by going to: Project Settings > SLAs > Expand the SLA you want to analyze and see what is defined in the "Pause conting time during" section.
If the SLAs have indeed paused, then they must be in the same condition as on this page.
