SLA Modifications

Hello everyone!
One question, when you make SLA changes applied to a project, do they apply to the entire incident history, or only to the ones that are not closed?

Thank you!

When you make a change to the SLA it will only apply to issues that are currently active in that SLA, so for example if you change the SLA for time to resolution it will only affect issues that have not yet been resolved.

Thank you very much for your answer @Mikael Sandberg , has this always been the case? I seem to remember that in previous versions this applied to all issues, whether resolved or not.

Thanks for the help!

Yes, changing SLAs has always only applied to active issues in that SLA.
