We want to pull a report from a JSM project based on following factor:
Take out the SLA_each_task by diff between completed time and created time for the "completed" status tickets and publish 95% SLA using formula =PERCENTILE(L2:L14, 0.95).
Will it be possible? Kindly guide us if there is any way to configure the filter or report.

The SLA reports available for Service Projects by default consider the difference between created and completed time. You can define SLAs for different types of issues based on Priority or any other parameter as per your business needs.
In my use case, I had SLAs defined as per priority and then created SLA compliance reports. Please find below the screenshots for the same.
This report can be customised as per the business needs. Please let me know if you need any help/ guidance for the same.
