I just discovered that the SD auto reply filter is rejecting emails including Purchase Orders from customers.

I think it's because their accounting system marks the purchase order email as auto-generated. How can I prevent this from happening?

you have the possibility to setup a allowlist,
No email is filtered from a domain, when added to the allowlist.
