I have built a rule that closes a work item when the SLA breach date is reached and when the status is set to “Waiting for customer”. Then the ticket is closed and a comment is written why the ticket is closed.
However, I am always the commentator. Can't this be a bot or the person who created the ticket? How do I set this? I just created the rule and now the rule is commenting on my behalf!

Have you checked "Rule details" button at the top and chosen the "Actor" for this rule? You should be able to choose user or set automation as the actor.
