Rolling up numbers in a form linked to a Request Type
Hey everyone, I have a quick question regarding the new form builder in Jira Service Management.
For one of our Service Projects, we have created a specific Request Type with an attached form. This Form has several radiobuttons for different subjects - for example, the subject "budget" has three radiobuttons: Budget >200k, Budget between 50k and 200k, and Budget <50k.
Ideally, I would like to assign a value to these radiobuttons, that roll up to a dynamic field in the form that shows the sum total of all values assigned to these radiobuttons.
The business requirement is provide a pointsvalue for each of the Requests that are submitted to this specific Request Type, helping prioritise Requests to limited resources.
any ideas if this is at all possible? Thanks in advance!
