Roles to change in closed status

Hello. My company transfer in Cloud Jira and we run into problem. When we have change to 'closed' status this is no show for change.

What could be the problem? How  I can tweak this setting to switch. Marking the status "allowed to transition from all statuses" is critical for the project.

You just need to edit the workflow.  Find out what workflow the issue is using.  You will need to be a jira admin to edit the workflow.   You can the add a transition from closed to and other status.  Once you do this users will be able to transition the issue out of the closed status.  You will need to clear the resolution as well on the transition you add.

Check the Roles the users have been assigned for

Check the conditions in workflow, if you have any roles that is restricted to make the transition, assign the roles to members of your project
