Restricting "Teams" Field in ITSM projects

Hey there Jira community,

I'm curious to know if anyone has had success integrating the new "Teams" field into their incident response.  My issues with it are as follows:

1) Anyone can make a team

2)All teams are available when choosing a team from the custom field.

This seems so useful, but unless I can limit the teams available to choose to only the ITSM response teams, I think this is dead in the water for me.  Any suggestions?

Thanks Fabian, I'll definitely vote.... yeah this seems kind of botched.  Good idea but missing important practical features.

I don't see any feature request for adding project-level context for the teams field; that would be nice too.
