Restore a backup

Hi Community,

I created a backup from our productive environment and I want to restore it to our test environment. And the zip file is looking how it should. The zip consists of:

  • data folder
  • logos folder
  • activeobjects.xml
  • entities.xml

So following Atlassian´s instructions a shall:

  • Import your data first. Importing your data file will overwrite all data (except for users and groups) in your Jira Cloud site.

In the zip file there is a "data" folder but no data file!

  • Then, import your media file(s). If your media file is greater than 10 GB, split it into smaller (2 - 5 GB) files and import each separately. Learn more

There are no "media file(s)"

I hope that someone can help.

I imported the zip file but this was not working.

Most likely you need to contact Atlassian support directly, I've heard of multiple instances having problems restoring cloud backups recently.
