Respond to customers

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

I enter some comments in the ticket and select to Respond to customer.  The notification sent to the customer does not contain the comments entered. 

Message indicates (Comment Preview is unavailable). 

 

I'm using the Free Plan as a test for now.

Hi @ASI Technology ,

Does the "Comment Added" template contain the comment itself ?

You can check in the project settings under "Customer Notifications".
