User forgot the password from Jira account. User want to reset password and need to receive the message by email. It is working at many users. But if the user has email account at the mail service mail.ru, bk,ru, inbox.ru - user cannot receive the recovery message to these emails.

Checking the domains on our tools, it returned more than 4000 email addresses with the following error:
550: 550 Message was not accepted -- invalid mailbox. Local mailbox ...@... is unavailable: user not found
The email of the users that are active on your site wasn’t included in the results.
With this said, it would be necessary to check the emails individually, but since community is public, is up to you to share here (you can add the emails and edit your reply to remove them because we will be able to access the history) or, ask your site administrator to raise a ticket with our support on support.atlassian.com/contact and add the affected email addresses.
