Required field: Epic Link does not show up in Validators Add list

Hello community,

I want to add the Field "Epic Link" as a required field for Issues. I already found a solution how it can possibly be done in https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/how-to-make-epic-link-required-on-jira-software-issue-create-screen-815566675.html

I wanted to add a Validator in the Create Transition of my workflow, however, "Epic Link" does not appear in the list of possible fields.

I also added the correct Screen to the transition the includes "Epic Link" as Custom Field.

What else can I try to make Epic Link appear in this list? Screenshot Jira1.PNG

You do have the option of selecting Epic Link.

Can you type the word "Epic" and see?

Thank you! That solved the problem. I was just looking in the list that appeared.
