Problem I'm looking to solve: Technicians working primarily/exclusively out of Slack are not adding comments about how an issue was resolved before closing the ticket
Is there a way to prevent an issue from being closed in slack without adding a resolution comment? Something akin to how validators work in workflow transitions?
Or is there just a different way I should be approaching this issue?
