Hi, community!
The Report "Solved Requests" doesn't show any data. We have many requests in a "closed" status but do not show up.
I tried creating a Custom report with all closed requests and nothing shows up.
We also have requested in process and those show correctly on the workload report.
(I'm using the software in Spanish so maybe the names of the reports in English are not exactly as I wrote them).

Can you share the filter that you are using?
Modt likely you are not setting the resolution on your tickets so they don't show up.
Feel free to share details in Spanish. A lot of people in the community are fluent in Spanish.

Usé el informe por defecto "Solicitudes resueltas" y filtro últimos 7 días.
Hay muchas incidencias en curso y muchas otras que se han cerrado.
He seguido probando los informes y logré ver las solicitudes al elegir la Serie "Creado", pero no aparece nada para la Serie "Resuelta". Creo que no he entendido bien lo que es la Serie.

Para poder ver algo en este reporte, tienes que tener tickets que hayan sido resueltos. Aunque el status puede estar en "DONE/COMPLETED", tienes que tener el field "resolution" con algo que on sea "unresolved". Ejemplo debajo:
Es posible que en tu proyecto no estes añadiendo el field "Resolution".
