Request to delete incorrectly created site and organization

Hi, I accidentally created an Atlassian site and organization with the wrong site name and organization name. Both are brand new, unused, and on Free plans with no real data:

• Site: digitalacademicserviceportal.atlassian.net
• Organization: DSAP (AC-44UQ-RPHK-QW)

I've tried deleting the products individually and cancelling subscriptions via Billing → Manage subscriptions, but I'm unable to fully delete the site or the organization myself through the admin UI.

Could you please permanently delete this site and organization on my behalf? There is no data I need retained.

Welcome to the Atlassian community. There is a grace period after you cancel your subscriptions during which you can change your mind and reactivate your subscription. You'll have to wait for that grace period to expire and for Atlassian to fully process your cancellation requests before you can delete your Organization.
