Request participants field not available in Forms

Klodian Lulaj
July 27, 2022

Hello,

I have a Jira field called 'Request participants' which is a locked field and links to the services we've set up in Jira.

I'm creating a form which will be used for a change request form in JSM but when I try and link the field "Request participants" in the form to this Jira field, it doesn't appear in the list.

Any ideas?

Hi @Klodian Lulaj,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

What you see is expected, the Request Participants field is only available on the portal as the Shared with or in the issue detailed view and cannot be added to a form.

If you need to add request participants via the form you would have to use a different custom field and then use automation to copy that over to the request participants field once the request has been created.
