Hi Jira Gurus,

Bit of interesting one, not sure if it'll be possible without an add-in.

We have a daily checklist we have to complete to confirm all services are running and functional before our day starts. This way we can get a head start if a service is down.

Ideally every item will always be Yes, but sometimes things are down and we have to select No.

I'm wondering if there is a way to report on Tickets where "No" has been selected on the form.

Example below of our form using radio buttons to select Yes or No:

Thanks,

Suzi

Hi Suzi,

If the Form field is mapped to a Jira field, absolutely you can report on that or create Automation rules that use the value when it is changed to No.

Hi @John Funk

At the moment I'm just using the "radio buttons", I've never linked to a Jira Field in a form before.

Can I link multiple radio buttons to 1 Jira field?

Not in the same form. You would need multiple custom fields if you are going to use them in an Automation rule.

I ended up making 1 custom field and added it to the Resolve Screen and that way they have to advise if there were any failures that day when closing the ticket. I'm able to report on that one field to show in my dashboards
