Is there a way to isolate or filter the report to show only specific types of support requests?
I’m looking to narrow down the data for more targeted review and would appreciate any guidance you can provide. Specifically we have Human Capital Services, Financial Management, Quality Management Services, General Support, Information Security, Workplace Services, Public Affairs Services and Information Technology. I would be looking to isolate the report to show only Information Security and Information Technology.
Thank you for any information you can provide.

I believe the JSM Reports do not offer this possibility out of the box, so you may need to look for a marketplace app to cover this scenario. If you are open to that, I recommend Mindpro Graphy. I work at Mindpro, and this app can help you with this use case.
It allows users to easily create dashboards that can be shared internally (with JSM users) or externally (via the Customer Portal). There are over 50+ gadgets you can choose from to create your dashboards, including charts that present the same data as JSM, like Time to Resolution, Time to First Response, Met x Breached, etc. The difference is that the charts are customizable, and you can filter them as per your needs.
As an example, I created a dashboard containing such charts, and you can filter the entire dashboard using the top filter. I used the "Request Type" just like you mentioned:
The gadgets are also available in Jira's standard dashboards, and you can add different charts on the same dashboard, each one looking at a different source.
I hope that helps.

Eduardo
Hi @Christina Taylor !
If you're looking for a simple and flexible way to filter SLA reports by specific services, I’d recommend trying SLA Time and Report, an app developed by my team.
With SLA Time and Report, you can:
This gives you a streamlined way to generate targeted SLA reports that match your service domains.
If you’d like help getting started or have questions about setup, I'd be happy to assist!
I hope this was helpful.
