Report - Could not fetch results

Good day,

May I ask what are the possible reason why when I Open a report page it display error saying " Could not fetch results "  . Please see attached picture for actual screen.

Hello @SBACTL_JRFontanilla ,

Have you tried using the incognito mode and also to clear the cache with Atlassian resources? From Atlassian status there are no incidents. Since it says that there is an issue with the server, check the browser dev console if it's showing the status code of 500 or even 409 which indicates the conflict with the browser and Atlassian server.
