Hi Atlassian Team,
I've been using your Jira cloud add-in for Outlook to create issues from email, and It's great!
I've come across a great issue, where when I want to send a reply to the customer, it doesn't send my actual reply back to them, it only adds a comment to the issue In Jira Service Management.
Am I missing something, is the feature meant for something else?
