Reorder Request types in the latest cloud JSM

Hello,
It seems that the Drag & Drop feature of the Request types is missing in the new view and there is no way to re-order the request in the portal view.

Does anyone else experience that or I missing something?

Hello @yaron 

Are you working with a Team Managed or Company Managed Service project?

What page are you accessing where you are trying to change the order of the items?

In a Company Managed Service project it appears to be possible by going to:

Space Settings > Channels & Self Service > Portal > Portal Groups

In a Team Managed Service project it appears to be possible by going to:

Space Settings > Channels & Self Service > Portal > Customize Portal > Customize > Organize Portal Groups.  Then expand the group where you want to reorder the request types.

Hi Trudy,

Thank you for the quick answer, it's been very hard to catch up with all the endless changes Atlassian is publishing in the last few months.

My JSM project is indeed company managed project and the portal requests re-order was right as described: Space Settings > Channels & Self Service > Portal > Portal Groups.

I agreed with what @Trudy Claspill suggested.  Here are also some documentation pages for your references -

Company Managed Projects -

Team Managed Projects -

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/group-request-types-in-the-portal-in-team-managed-projects/

In both cases, once the group(s) is created and request type(s) are included in the group(s), then you can re-order the display orders.
