I have created a customer portal form which is to be used only by a specific user (i.e. issue reporter). The form will solely be used for entering data. The user doesn't need to view the queue of issues as well as the links to the other forms.
My question is: how possible it is to remove the Help Center link, search box and Request menu at the top? Please see image at the top for reference.
Thank you!
Hi @alison.perez ,
You can't disable the links. Not without an additional AddOn anyway.
Maybe it's better to create a 'Form' for this request, and in the settings configure it so the form can be used to create a new issue.
You can then access the form with a direct link outside of the portal.
Best regards,
Kris
Thanks Kris. I have made a form out of the request type. The link that was generated for the form does not contain the links anymore.
Would you know if it is possible to redirect the form to another page after submission?
But nonetheless, your suggestion is good already.
