Removing a search bar

Can I remove this search bar in the portal or any hiding options?

Not natively, no. In Jira Service Management Cloud, you can customize branding and some help center / portal layout elements, but there isn’t a standard setting to remove that search bar completely.

If you need it hidden, you’d usually be looking at a marketplace app or customize options like this from Refined.
