Can you remove unwanted items from the customer portal interface?
I only need common request to be shown.

What you're showing in the screen shot are all of the Request Types configured in your Jira Service Management project. If you want to remove any of them, you'll want to reconfigure the project settings to delete or hide unwanted requests.
You are also able to modify the groups in the Project Settings too, if you wanted to have existing requests grouped in a different way.
