Remove list of forms from Contact Us About page on Customer Portal

Prior to launching our customer portal for JSM, we've received user feedback that the portal page "has too much text" and "looks busy". We would like to remove the listing of all forms under the groups in the portal.

For example, on the attached photo, we would want Most Common Request only to show and hide the list of forms under it (Mainframe Scheduling Request, Password Resets, etc.) All of these forms show on the next screen when the user clicks on the group.

We are willing to look into add-ons as well to resolve this. Thank you.

This can't be removed.

You could look into app from the marketplace in relation to look and feel, like Refined.
