Remove default border in email notification template

I am editing the email notification template, how can I remove the default border(above the reply above this line)? Thank you for your support and advice!

Note that removing that could result in unusual behaviour from Jira when processing replies to emails sent. 

If you want to change the look, you can go ahead and modify the CSS behind it (by changing to the CSS tab on the page you're on), the sections you're looking for are "jsd-reply-marker" and "jsd-reply-marker-hint".
