How do we remove the Org selection drop-down that shows up on the portal?

Hi Paul, at this time, you can't, but you can change the functionality of it.  There are a few suggestions on Atlassian's site you can vote for and watch JSDCLOUD-10908 JSDCLOUD-10455 to be able to hide it.

I made it so that requests aren't automatically shared.  Info for that is here: restrict customers
