I was trying to test the ITSM template but I did not realize that it was adding an instance and now the menu is showing more than one as shown
How do I delete the yellow ones?
Thank you in advance
Hello @Gustavo Juarez
Which products are you using?
Jira Software, Jira Service Management? Because there is a difference between canceling your site and canceling your product.
The site is xyz.atlassian.net and here you access all your products if you want to cancel a product go to administration -> billing -> to manage subscriptions -> here you cancel your product.
The items in the menu are still there because it gives you two weeks(if you change your mind) before is taken offline.
BR, Olga

Are you sure the yellow ones are JSM instances managed by other people, but for which you have access? Maybe a colleague or a test account you created? If you use the same Atlassian account for all them, the idea is to easily switch between the different instances without having to log out/log in.

This can be done if you're the organization admin. You have to go in and cancel the subscriptions you don't need/want.
Details are at this KB page: https://support.atlassian.com/subscriptions-and-billing/docs/cancel-your-site-subscription/

@Robert Wen_Cprime_ Thank you!,
This is so odd. I did everything and the billing page does not show any subscriptions anymore, but the items in the menu are still there.
Any thoughts?
