Olá, como faço para extrair relatórios de todo e qualquer ticket que minha equipe relata, mesmo que tenha que direcionar para um outro grupo solucionador, ou seja, preciso de um relatório onde posso ter o campo "Relator" incluído para poder extrair o relatório com sucesso.
Welcome to the community. Question - Is the "Relator" a field associated to your issues within your project?. If so, then you can generate your reports by using JQL (advanced search) to obtain all of your issues and export the result set into CSV or HTML by including the "Relator" as a column in your result set.
