Reduced Activity View help center

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!

In the help center we just get the reduced activity view of a request. But we would like to see all the informations we see in the agent project view. 

Is there a way to change the display setting so that every customer can see the complete request information?
