Redirection to url after trigging transaction

Hello, 

I want to redirect customer to a web site after trigging a transaction, the URL is stored on a custom field . 

I'm using JSM on cloud.

Could you help me with any idea please.

There's no way to do this on Cloud (and it's pretty hard on Server).  All you can do is ask your people to click on the url in the custom field when they need to.
