Recurring execution of the same rule

One question, is there any agile way to know how many times the same automation rule has been executed on the same issue?

Yes there is, if you know what issue this is about. On your issue view you should see a link Automation -> Rule executions. When you click on that link, you will see an overview of the automation rules that have run against the issue:
