Reason for receiving Delivery status notification (failure) from bounce@atlassian.net

After updating (creating new) email for a project in Channels and Notifications part, I, as approver started receiving email from bouncr@atlassian.net after trying to approve the ticket through email.

 

We have a notification set,that the approvers, when commenting with word Approved, automatically move the ticket to the next status.

 

It does not work and emails with Approved bounce back.
