Question about Security of Widget

Hi,

We are thinking of using the widget in our Service Management implementation, and after reading the documentation realise that we need to turn on Open Portal.

We have concerns not with span, becuase you can get that with anything, we have issues with the security of the widget, what stops someone embedding some code in the code that is enabled when it is submitted and they then gain access to our site.
