QR Code for Ticket

Without a Marketplace app is there a standard way to print a QR code which when scanned opens up the Service Management ticket?

There are several QR code feature requests but none like you are asking for.  I would suggest submitting one here: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Welcome to the community.  Unfortunately, I am afraid not out of the box based on my knowledge and experiences without actual third party add-ons.  I would recommend you to contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) for further assistance and possible updates of this functionality ask, if any on their roadmaps.
