Pulling Asset Info Into Smart Values

Not much to go on but I will give it a try.

First: What is the name of the customfield containing the "Office Main" objecttype value on the issue? Let's call it fieldX for this.

The syntax then would be

{{issue.fieldX.OfficeName.FormalName}}

Assuming that:

• OfficeName is a field of reference type (Object)
• OfficeName's objecttype has an attribute FormalName with the text value you want to display.

Similar to what Jeroen mentioned, I assume you have a custom field that stores the asset as that is a requirement.

I currently use the 'Lookup objects' action to grab details for a specific asset.
