I have created several projects in Jira Service Management.

I would like to handle portals with different display/operation permissions in one help center.

Specifically I would like to do the following, is it possible?

 

  • Porject A
    • No login required to access the knowledge base or send requests
  • Project B
    • No login required to access the knowledge base
    • Log in is required to submit a request.

I am considering the Standard plan.

Hi @cm-mori-test and welcome to the community,

For (A), you can set up both project and KB to be public and everyone on the internet will have access. No problem

For (B) you can set the project to accept only people your admin/agent add, or to have customer signing up for their account by themselves and make the KB anonymous access, so anyone on the internet can access it.

I appologize for tagging you on this oooooold answer, But I'm really interested on what you said there :

I currently try to perform that, but it seems that the parameter to restrict access to submit a request also impacts the ability to read articles from the knowledge base (even if my confluence space is set to allow anonymous access)

If you have already performed this configuration, I'm interested in
